If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please login to your account and do so at least 24 hours in advance.

We aim to have your clothes back to you within 1-2 days. However, depending on the amount of clothes and our current workload, it may take up to 3-4 days.

Once your clothes are ironed, we'll send you a notification letting you know when they'll be delivered. When our delivery team is en route, we'll send you another notification with their estimated time of arrival.

If this is your first time using an ironing service, we recommend you start by booking a one-off service. This will give you a chance to try our service and see if it's right for you. You can then leave your clothes in the laundry bag in a designated spot for our team to pick up. Once your clothes are ironed, we'll deliver them back at a time that's convenient for you.
