Booking confirmation
Once your installation date has been confirmed, a customer liaison officer will be assigned to your job. This person is your main point of contact throughout the installation process and will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Site assessment and carpet installation
Once the installation day rolls around, our team of certified professional carpet layers will arrive on time and assess and measure your site. We’ll then thoroughly clean and dry your underfloor and then lay the underpad. Afterwards, they’ll lay your carpet and cut it to size before sealing the edges.

Clean up and final inspection
After the flooring job is done, we’ll do a final check to make sure you’re happy with the results. Our contractors will also vacuum up any debris before leaving your premises, wrapping up another successful job!
