Our technicians start by visually inspecting your carpets to identify any areas of concern. We'll then move any furniture obstructing your carpet and place them in vacant rooms.
We use a powerful commercial vacuum cleaner to suck up dry soil, larger bits of debris and other dirt that is staining your carpets.
We proceed to treat any areas of concern with our preconditioning agent. This works to emulsify traffic lane soils for easy removal. We'll also spot clean your carpets to loosen up stubborn stains.
This is an optional step, but one that's beneficial if you have pets or smokers in the house. If household members suffer from allergies, this step is also recommended.
