5 steps to ensure your mattress is cleaned - Our process

Mattress Inspection
Our first step is to inspect your mattress to assess the level of soiling and identify any areas that require special attention. We’ll then discuss the treatment plan with you to ensure your mattress is cleaned to your satisfaction.

Power vacuuming
We use a powerful, industrial vacuum to remove all the dust, dirt, pet hair and other debris from your mattress. We intend to reach deep into the fabric to clean it as thoroughly as possible.

Removal of body oils and pretreatment
If your mattress is stained with body oils or sweat, we’ll use a solvent-based cleaner to remove them. This will also help to prevent the build-up of dust mites and bacteria. We’ll also spray dirty patches to loosen them up for easier removal.

Deep cleaning
We use steam cleaning to deep clean your mattress, removing all the dirt, dust and stains. Our cleaners are careful not to damage your bed’s fabric during this process. For harder stains, we may use a pre-treatment solution to loosen them before cleaning.

Post-treatment
Once your mattress has been sufficiently cleaned, our professionals will undergo a final quality check to ensure its picture-perfect. Once both parties are 100% satisfied, our backoffice will bill your card online.
