Inspection
Sidepost’s end of lease pest control team will thoroughly survey your rental unit, looking for the usual signs such as droppings, egg sacs and tracks. We’ll also identify any entry points that pests may be using to get into your property.

Full treatment
Once the pest type and their preferred entry point have been identified, we’ll work to eliminate them using proven extermination methods. Pest control treatment can include baits, traps, insecticides and pesticides to targeted areas. For fleas, we’ll treat your carpets and furnishings to make sure all the little buggers are gone. During this phase, you may be asked to leave the property temporarily so that we can work safely and effectively.

Final inspection
Our end of tenancy pest control team will do a final area sweep to make sure all the pests are gone. If we identify any stragglers, we’ll re-treat the area as necessary. All in all, you should be pest-free and well on your way to getting your deposit back.
